Cheap AI plus annoying crashes= 2 stars

The AI is, frankly, quite cheap.

They have more health than you, more units, and then they have near perfect aim.

They will cut you down from half way across the map.

Sure you have more weapons, but if you screw up with them, you end up hurting yourself more than them.

Add on top of all that some game crashing goodness and this game is worth a 2. Fix the crashes and make the AI less cheap and Ill give it a 4.
